HELP! What's my pin? Get your Student ID Number, Pin Number, & your Email Address by clicking here.

Only currently enrolled students can access Campus Connect. If you are not attending UAM at this time and need transcript information please go to bottom of the UAM homepage (www.uamont.edu) and click on the "request transcript" link.

Campus Connect Information

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is pleased to announce that Campus Connect, an interface from the Internet to UAM's academic database, is available for all students. Campus Connect will allow you to access several things, including your transcript, schedule, financial aid, and a summary of your account.

In order to access your data with Campus Connect you need a PIN number. These numbers are randomly generated and assigned to all enrolled students. You can get your PIN number by accessing Campus Connect and clicking the "Help! What's My Pin?" link above.  Pin numbers will not be given out over the phone.

Registering for Class with Campus Connect

1.Choose “Campus Connect” from the Student section on the UAM home page (www.uamont.edu) then click continue into Campus Connect.

2.Enter student id and PIN. Click ACCESS button.

3.To add classes click the “Reg’r/Add/Drop Courses” button.

4.To access the list of classes, click on “Choose a New Department” and select the desired term and department. To add a class, click the ADD button beside the class listing. The added class will appear in the upper part of the screen.

5.To drop a class, click the DROP button beside the listing in the upper part of the screen.

6.To add a class from a different academic unit, click on “Choose a New Department” and select the desired term and department.

7.After achieving the desired schedule of classes, select MAIN MENU and then CLASS SCHEDULE to verify and view the schedule. If changes are needed, repeat the steps above, beginning with Step 3.

On-line Registration

  1. All Students should meet with their advisor before registering for classes.

  2. Each student has a flag that determines if they can use the on-line system for registration. To check this flag log into Campus Connect. Select the Demographic Data from the Student Information drop down.  If you have something other than blank after the Online Registration Flag you can use the registration system to enroll in classes.  A blank will mean you need to see your advisor.

  3. Advisors have the discretion of changing the flag of any/all of his/her advisees.

  4. Some advisors may have all their advisees turned on to use the system. Some advisor will accept the default, which allows all their advisees who have earned more than 60 hours and have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50 and are not on conditional academic standing to keep the flag on.

Now - how do you know? Check the flag - if you have a Y - your advisor is going to let you register for your classes on-line. If you do not have a Y - make an appointment to meet with your advisor. See if they will let you enroll in your classes on-line after meeting with them or have your advisor enroll you in classes during the meeting.

If you have problems accessing your pin number or any other questions or  comments about Campus Connect please email pins@uamont.edu
