During the ceremony, 34 students received an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate. Based on their exam scores, students earned one of four levels of certification. UAM-CTC students earned a total of 34 certificates, including one platinum, seven gold, 17 silver and nine bronze.

UAM-CTC Student Ambassadors Jacob Griffith and Josue Cervantes were also recognized for their service during the 2023-2024 academic year.

“This yearly event allows us to recognize and celebrate the hard work of some of our brightest students. These outstanding students have gained technical skills and knowledge that will allow them to begin a career in a high-demand field that is vital to our skilled, global workforce. What a joy to celebrate these students before they graduate!” Dr. Tracy Tucker, vice chancellor of UAM-CTC, said.
