First-Year Students
Submit your online UAM application (no processing fee), along with 6-semester high school transcript, entrance exam scores (ACT or SAT) and immunization records.

Submit your online UAM application (no processing fee), along with 6-semester high school transcript and transcripts from any colleges previously attended. Also include entrance exam scores (ACT or SAT) and immunization records.

International Students
Submit your online application (plus $35 international fee); college entrance exam scores (ACT or SAT); Certified translated copies of all academic records; TOEFL score if native language is other than English; Certified statement from a financial institution; Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses); TB test if born outside the United States.
