UAM New Student Orientation at the UAM campuses is on Monday, August 18. Please RSVP to your corresponding Orientation date and location using the links below.
- Students attending the Monticello campus will report to the FINE ARTS CENTER AT 9:00 A.M. Online Links Section. RSVP HERE!
- Students attending the Crossett campus will report to their MAIN BUILDING AT 1:00 P.M. RSVP by emailing Breshears@uamont.edu
- Students attending the McGehee campus will report to their MAIN BUILDING AT 1:00 P.M. RSVP HERE!
- National Park Orientation: Orientation will take place on that campus on Thursday, August 14, at 10:00 a.m. RSVP by emailing Katelynn.Hardage@np.edu
- East Arkansas Orientation: Students will meet after the fall semester begins. More information will be sent when a day and time are selected.
UAM Classes start Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
REMINDER: If you still need to change your major, schedule, or add courses, be sure to contact your advisor or the dean to your academic department. Information on the dean to your academic program can be found below "YOUR STUDENT ORIENTATION".

No separate application for institutional scholarships is required. Once your initial UAM application and admission requirements have been submitted, applications are reviewed for scholarship consideration..

IMPORTANT: All necessary admission materials must be submitted and an Onboarding tasks MUST be completed before applying for housing.
