Housing & Residence Life

Live your best (campus) life.

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is committed to providing students with a comprehensive educational experience. The University has determined that for most traditional college students, living on-campus, as compared to off-campus living, has numerous educational and social benefits.

Campus housing consists of two traditional community residence halls, Royer Hall (Living Learning Community) and Horsfall Hall (female only); two co-ed suite style halls, Maxwell Hall & Bankston Hall; and two apartment options, the University Apartments A & B complexes. Graduate student housing is also available for many of UAM’s graduate assistant positions.
