E-mail is not a confidential form of communication. In order to ensure confidentiality and protect your privacy, clinical services cannot be provided through email. All clients are encouraged to contact UAM Counseling Services for scheduling, confirming, and cancelling appointments.

The UAM Counseling Services are available to help with questions and more. We provide a safe, confidential space for students to process life’s changes. College can be a time for important decisions, and the counselor can help empower you to make those decisions, without making them for you.

Appointments can be made during hours of operation in person or by phone at (870) 460-1554. Sessions are typically 30-50 minutes in length, and drop-in counseling sessions are also generally available to accommodate students experiencing emergency or crisis situations.
